We’re delighted to announce our sponsorship of the University of Gloucestershire Men’s Rugby Union team, a dynamic, dedicated, and truly inspirational group of young men who are making a difference both on and off the field.

This spirited team represents far more than athletic achievement. They are passionate advocates for men’s mental health, using their platform to spark conversations, raise awareness, and support vital causes.

Throughout the year, the players have taken part in a range of impactful initiatives, including completing the iconic Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for charity. Their commitment to supporting others reflects a maturity and compassion that goes far beyond action-packed matchdays.

As part of their ongoing efforts, the team is proudly participating in Movember, a global movement dedicated to men’s mental health, suicide prevention, and testicular and prostate cancer awareness.

Throughout the month, the players have been growing moustaches, hosting conversations, and encouraging their peers to check in on one another.

Their campaign will culminate in a special fundraising event on 2nd December, where supporters can come together to celebrate the team’s achievements and contribute towards vital mental health services.

In addition to their hands-on fundraising, the team has produced a powerful documentary exploring men’s mental health and the importance of speaking openly.

Through honest conversations and personal reflections, the documentary highlights the real challenges faced by young men today and aims to remove the stigma around asking for help.

It serves as a meaningful reminder that mental wellbeing is just as important as physical fitness and that support networks, like teammates, can make all the difference.
