Good Bed, Bad Delivery Experience
The bed seems really comfortable, well made but this is slightly over shadowed by the delivery. The bed had a delivery slot of 9:22 to 13:22, it arrived at 14:30 over an hour late. We had just moved in to the house and workmen were outside installing virgin media, something we new nothing about, when the delivery men rang me I explained about the workmen and I asked the workmen to make enough room for the mattress. When it finally arrived the delivery men were very rude, they were annoyed about the work outside, which I explained I knew nothing about. This experience has put me off ordering in the future even though the mattress is great.
