Refund and Returns Policy

Refund

We will provide a full refund (excluding delivery and collection charges) if the product you have selected is found to be unsuitable within 14 working days following delivery, providing the product is returned in its original packaging, in ‘as new’ condition, unmarked and all polyurethane packaging sealed as delivered.

We will credit your card or PayPal account minus any postage fees/ collection fees within 14 working days of us receiving the items.

We request that you check your order within 14 days to rectify any possible errors.

Refund process

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Vacuum-packed mattresses

This particular product will be exempt from the statutory 14-day cooling off period where the products have been unsealed, and your right to cancel will have ended for reasons of health and hygiene as the product will be deemed to have been used. We recommend that you make full use of our sales team for advice prior to purchase. We adhere to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 no:2334.

A standard base height excluding castors is 14″ with castors 16″, mattress depths can vary, depending on the fillings. If you are in doubt about the size and require any information on heights then please contact the sales office on 0191 5860010 before making your purchase.

We offer a comfort guide for the majority of the mattress on the website this is a guide only, as levels of firmness will vary depending on a number of factors.
