Better than the original
We’d just bought a bed, within a few months one the original slats broke. Contacted the place where we bought the bed and recieved no help whatsoever. Bishops, had the perfect size slat, trimmed them to size and we now have slats that are stronger and better made than the originals.

Impressively fast service and does the job. Happy with the price.Was cut 5mm shorter than requested and was also NOT 8mm thick as advertised. Made a very loose fit and I’ve had to stick tissue into the caps both sides. Disappointed to be told by customer service that thickness is not guaranteed as it varies (not mentioned anywhere in the description). Also that they will replace the slats IF they slip out the caps!! I won’t be taking that chance on my child’s bed.

Slats appear to be of good quality, well priced and delivered promptly. The Bishops Beds made-to-measure slats are just what I was looking for to replace some broken bed slats, a good fit.
There was an issue where the slats were delivered to the billing address and not the delivery address however this was quickly rectified by Bishops Beds.
