on a side note:
i have a severe curvature of the spine and memory foam shapes to my spine for best relief.
the mattress i ordered is great value and very comfortable. @ £275 the features are fantastic, pocket sprung/memory foam
so all in all YEAH!!! could not be happier

Just want to say a big thank you. I ordered a Highgrove Affinity divan bed on Easter Saturday and it arrived yesterday, thank you Sharon for the help you gave me on the phone and the delivery service was excellent, I received a couple of texts and a phone call to say when it was being delivered which was fantastic, and on the day the drivers rang me exactly half an hour before they arrived, they were polite and helpful. I am glad a searched through the internet and I ordered the bed from Bishop Beds I would highly recommend this company. I had my first nights sleep in it and all is well.

Just a quick email to let you know that the mattress arrived safely,have put
it on the bed and it is excellent! Have been very impressed with the service from both
your self and the company. When we tried out the mattress in a local bed shop the
price was £150.00 higher than yours so that alone was a saving. Your driver arrived
exactly on time and was very helpful and friendly. Once again excellent service highly

Just to let you know that the replacement slats arrived just after lunchtime today.
I've unpacked them and checked them over ready for fitting. They are absolutely perfect in every regard - 10 out of 10....

I just thought I'd take the time to let you know how pleased I was with the service I received when I bought a bed from you in December. I needed a bed in a hurry for my daughter's birthday and the member of staff that I dealt with was Sharon Pearce. She kept in contact with me both by email and by phone on the day of the order and she made it happen. She really was very helpful and she deserves a pat on the back and a big thank you.

The bed slat frames arrived safely on Tuesday, were a perfect fit and nicely made. They have made a marked improvement to the level of comfort of the V- Spring mattress!

I just wanted to take the time to express my thanks.I have recently ordered a memory foam mattress directly from your Peterlee warehouse. The sales assistant, (sorry I dont know her name) was very helpful and gave the impression that nothing would be too much trouble. She agreed to contact me the day before delivery, which she did do and delivery was duly arranged for the next day.
I cannot complain in any way other than my mattress is too comfortable, I dont want to get out of bed on a morning. !!
