- Will all my goods be delivered together?
- Yes, this is usually the case. However, in some circumstances items may be delivered at different dates due to stock levels and any special requirements.
Back to top - Where do you deliver?
- We will deliver to anywhere within the United Kingdom and we can also deliver to other places but delivery costs would be arranged seperately.
Back to top - What if the goods are damaged on delivery?
- Please always take delivery of your goods even though they may appear damaged. It is often the case that it is sometimes just the packaging and that the actual contents are fine. If. In other cases it may only be one piece of the item that is damaged and as a result we can swap this piece individually extremely fast. We take great care to ensure that your order will be delivered to your door in a perfect condition, however, in the unlikely event that a product you receive is damaged, please call or email us immediately on 0191 586 0010 to enable us to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Back to top - Are your beds non-allergenic?
- Some have polyester and foam fillings where there is usually less chance of dust being created, but there are some completely non-allergenic mattresses available. Alternatively, there are non-allergenic mattress covers available.
Back to top - How long will this bed last?
- Mattresses wear out is due to numerous factors such as how the mattress is used (guest room, master bedroom, doubled as a trampoline for the kids), whether it is cared for properly and/or the quality of the mattress itself. The average person spends one-third of his or her life in bed, your mattress is the most used piece of furniture in the home, as with other products, you get what you pay for.
Back to top - How often should I turn the mattress?
- Always refer to the manufacturer's instructions. However, quite a number of today's models have been specifically designed as single sided and do not require turning over, although they can be rotated from head to toe every couple of months.
Back to top - Does the bed base fold?
- Most bed bases now come in two halves for ease of delivery.
Back to top - Can I purchase a new mattress to use on an existing base?
- As long as your base is in good condition then it should be suitable for use with a new mattress. However, we do recommend that if you are replacing your mattress because of its age then you should also consider replacing the base at the same time.
Back to top - What do the sizes 90cm, 135cm, 150cm & 180cm bed mean?
- These sizes relate to the overall width of the bed or mattress. Below is a breakdown of the different sizes and their approximate imperial equivalents:
Single 90cm x 190cm - approx. 3’0” x 6’3”

Back to top - What should I expect from my new bed?
- Chances are that the springs and upholstery in your current bed are not what they used to be, so your new bed may seem a little strange at first. Please allow time for your body to adjust and the mattress to settle and you will be sure to receive a great night’s sleep.
